Be Your Blessing

             Growing up and living most of my life in Southern California, winter cold consists of a few 60 degrees days out of a week within a month or two. When I moved to Seattle, I recall my first winter, and not realizing it snowed (since all you hear about is the rain), I recall the first time I saw it snow in the city. I lived on a street across from Lake Union that was lined by street lamps and from my apartment on the 6th floor one night, I was mesmerized by watching the snowfall and the flakes glistening from the street light. To me it was magical. I remember finding anything warm to throw on, stuffing my feet into my tennis shoes and racing downstairs to walk amongst the snow.  Everyone came out to join in the magic of the snow that night and in being new to the city and to snowfall, I gained new friends along with a few fun facts that I'd like to share: No two snowflakes are the same Each flake is one of a kind and Every snowflake when visible to the eye is flawed and imperfect.   Today I offer you the invitation to stand in your uniqueness. To celebrate the season that you are one of a kind and know that in your imperfection you glisten with beauty. Happy holidays to each of you whom I hold dear. Some of you I have met, most of you I have not. Some of you have reached out and send a note and some of you have stayed silent. But all of you are part of my family. I send you peace and joy this holiday season. BE YOUR BLESSING. It's not easy to get out of your own way to step into the wonder that you are. Are you (finally) ready to get that 20/20 vision that you (do) deserve and see that you can move in a different direction? It starts with moving away from the usual thoughts of self-doubt.  I've got 30-minutes to experience what being coached is all about, just for you. On the call we will:

    • Help you get started on tackling a challenge you are dealing with;
    • Discuss the benefits of entering into a coaching partnership, and
    • You will walk away with at least 1 coaching tool and strategy that you can immediately put into action!
