Please be sure to schedule your appointment first by going on to the "Schedule An Appointment" page where you will be able to choose a day/time for our initial appointment. You will be asked whether you would like to have your appointment via telehealth (on-line) or in person at my office. After you have scheduled your appointment and have chosen "telehealth", you can then come back to this page and click on the link below at the time of your appointment in order to be connected.
