Rates

• $ 185.00  for a 50-minute individual coaching appointment. 
• Typically, we will meet on an every-other-week basis.  
• Additional sessions are available as scheduling permits.

Insurance

Coaching is not at this time covered by medical insurance as it is not mental health treatment. Employers may reimburse your cost as part of your employee wellness benefit and/or your company's professional development offerings. If we are tackling professional/business-related issues, please talk with our tax preparer and/or accountant about using your coaching expense as a business tax deduction. 

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as well as the convenience of Zelle, as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy that does not include weekends and/or holidays. Every effort will be made to help reschedule your session as my availability permits during that same week to avoid being charged your full fee.
