You are brilliant, amazing, intelligent and awesome. You exude passion, compassion, personality, and determination. You are beautiful, wise woman who is strong, skillful and masterful. You are the best friend, mother, daughter, sister, companion, partner one could hope for. You can accomplish what is on your bucket list and then some. You can live a life of purpose.

But why should I have to tell you the same things you have been hearing from those that know you?

Logically you can at times say, “Yes, I’m good at my job”, “Yes I am attractive”. “Yes, I have what it takes to get the job done”. Yet as quick as you can say all of that, just as quick are those old thought habits flooding your mind that has you question your capabilities, consuming you with self-doubt:

  • I am not good enough.
  • I don’t have what it takes.
  • I don’t have the skills to step into that career I want.
  • What if people find out I’m a fraud?
  • I don’t fit in.
  • I don’t have anything of value to offer.
  • I lack confidence.
  • I’m not attractive enough.
  • If I only had a different personality.
How have years of thinking this way served you? What results have you been getting thus far thinking the way you do about YOU?
How old do you need to be to finally choose to let go of the thoughts keeping you STUCK?

The GREAT NEWS is, YOU have the choice and option to put an end to your chosen thought habits.
