Self-gratitude
Thanksgiving is a day to be grateful and giving stock to that which we have and those we have in our lives. But today I invite you to take your gratitude a step further and list the ways you are thankful for who you are, for where you've come, for your intentions for tomorrow. With all the To Do lists, and the "I should have's, I could have's and I would have's" that the mind throws you, what part of YOU are you thankful for? ~ Are you thankful for your tenacity? ~ Are you thankful for taking a baby step out of your comfort zone? ~ Are you thankful for your sensitivity toward others? ~ Are you thankful for stepping into a new day even though when you wake up you are full of fear and doubt? ~ Are you thankful for being able to see possibility in the New Year ahead? ~ Are you thankful for learning how to love yourself, to be kind to yourself and for being able to give yourself some self-care? ~ Are you thankful for recognizing that its time to do things differently? To learn how to create the change you want? It is so easy to take this all for granted as though any of the above just "happens". YOU make it happen. What is it about YOU that you are thankful for? If this question is challenging and you come up blank, worry not. It's the mind that is creating the challenge for you. But your heart knows. You just need to get in the habit of listening to it vs the critical mind - you've had years of practice listening to it. I'd love to give you 30-minutes as my gift, no charge. Let's explore it together. On the call let's:
- Help you get started on tackling a challenge you are dealing with;
- You'll walk away with at least 1 coaching tool and strategy that you can immediately put into action and
- Let's talk about the benefits of working together.
