I have a question for you. I often hear people tell the story that they don't have enough time. We all have the same amount of time in a day. How are you using yours? Ask yourself: How much emotional and mental energy do you spend (time) on thinking about what was? How much emotional and mental energy do you spend (time) on feeling anxious about what (may) be? I'm wondering if your time could be better spent just taking action? Taking action to ask yourself if you are ready to give up your judgment about the past? Taking action to have a different relationship with anxiety and come at what may be from a place of curiosity? Taking the time to stay out of the results. Taking the time to free yourself of the burden of stories from your past and stories you are assuming is true for the future? How much TIME would you save? Regret won't change the past and anxiety won't change the future BUT action will!
