You've Got Mail
I seem to get mail from 3 different sources these days: ~ The "old fashioned way", by Ron, my trusted Post Office Mailman, ~ Through my local community marketers that leave pamphlets or mailers under my door and ~ On my desktop, iPad and mobile phone. We are inundated these days. I have a habit, a routine if you will, that I use to contend with unwanted information, with what I deem as junk or spam that come through these channels. I do a quick once over, scanning and acknowledging the message and then I make a choice. I choose which of those messages I want to have moved to my Inbox, what I choose to label as Junk or better yet, Spam, and I have the choice to Unsubscribe to the recurring delivery of the message altogether. That's all within my control and nobody else! The mind is your personal inbox. Do you have your spam filters updated? You, today, have the control to take that thought or story, and mark it as spam, label it as junk, or better yet, unsubscribe to it. Toward breaking those unwanted thought habits, what thought are you receiving today that you can choose to mark as Spam or Junk? What thought are you receiving today that you'd rather unsubscribe to indefinitely? And lastly, what healthier thought that you'd like to rather think, can you "flag" in your mind's inbox so you remember to come back to it for review? Are you searching for one? Would you be willing to stick this message in your inbox and flag it as a reminder? Liking myself is non-negotiable. If you can't seem to move that message that you'd like to mark as Junk or Spam out from your mental inbox, bring it to a 30-minute NO COST coaching call and let's flush it out! A On the call we will:
- Help you get started on tackling a challenge you are dealing with;
- Discuss the benefits of working together, and
- You will walk away with at least 1 coaching tool and strategy that you can immediately put into action!
Lastly, make up your mind that you will have a fantastic week ahead. Did you miss Ditch That Inner Mean Girl for the New Year? Replay
